Individual strategies will be developed to assist you with ongoing difficulties that result from unpleasant experiences.
Online counselling sessions are held from the safety of your own home or space. All you need is a phone or computer to access, be somewhere private and safe without distractions. It is convenient for you to balance life around counselling sessions.
Walk and Talk Counselling incorporates walking outdoors, and is proven to be as effective as traditional talk therapy whilst talking about issues. It promotes physical and mental wellbeing. Being outdoors can reduce depression and anxiety. It allows you to reconnect with nature. The pace will be set by you and can be very gentle or moderate (so long as we can both chat whilst walking!) We can stop and sit for awhile as well.
